Let me also remind you that there are several forms which can be obtained from my office that you might need.  I can provide the School Enrollment Verification for both Alabama and Mississippi Driver’s testing and licensure; the Application for a Work Permit; the Alabama Child Labor Work Permit; and, Verification of Honor Student for insurance.  Please contact me if you require any of these forms.
