NCAA Eligibility

If you are planning to participate in any Division I or Division II sport your must be cleared by the NCAA before you can even practice.  These forms must be submitted online at www.ncaaeligibility.org.  This process should be started prior to December 1.  You will need to send your ACT scores to them as well. When you register for the ACT, use the NCAA code of 9999 as one of your college/organization choices.  When you complete your registration you will also need to print off the signature page to have your transcript sent to them.  Please note that each school that you have attended in grades 9-12 will have to send an official transcript to the NCAA.  Contact all schools you have attended.  If you have any questions or any problems please see Mrs. Sutton.
